Salted Dark Chocolate Shake
Ingredients
1 serving chocolate egg white protein powder
½ cup kale, chopped
½ cup unsweetened almond, cashew or coconut milk
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp vanilla
⅛ tsp sea salt (I use Redmond’s Real Salt)
2 Tbsp cocoa nibs
1 tsp stevia, optional
4-6 ice cubes
Preparation
Place ingredients in blender, leaving our cocoa nibs. Process until smooth. Stur in cicia nibs.
Serve immediately
